LOTD

Hello lovelies,

I have decided to do a neutral look with a hint of color for the day, I don't like neutral looks, but I most definitely do now after trying this look. I mostly wear colored eye makeup and it was my first neutral look. So here goes some pictures and a list of the items used. Hope you likey!! yea likey!!!...lol

Guess what I used too...can you believe my makeup is not even high end products or even drugstore, it's Dollar store makeup... yep the infamous LA colors!

ITEMS USED:

FACE:
Loreal True Match F/d: C7 Nut brown {definitely not liking this f/d & it doesn't match :( }
Loreal True Match concealer: c6-7-8
Color workshop blush: deep russet color
Wet N wild bronzer (highlight): Bali

EYES:
UDPP/Loreal Decrease (I was testing the duration of this makeup line with two different base on each eye: R eye= Loreal Decrease; L eye=UDPP)
NYX Jumbo pencil MILK (on the lid)
LA Colors 12 e/s palette :Supernatural: 1st color:white (lid)
LA Colors 12 e/s palette: Traditional: 8th color: shimmer brown (outer crease & crease)
LA Colors 12 e/s palette: Traditional: 4th color: shimmer bronze (highlight)
Jordana Blackjack e/s (outer crease)
120 Palette matte lime green color (inner tear duct)
Rimmel eyeliner(waterline)
Starry liquid liner(line lid)
Maybelline XXL mascara: Black

LIPS:
HIP Lipstruck color: Harmless

Now here is the verdict of which base works best with these eyshadows by far, its UDPP (urban decay primer potion). The Loreal decrease primer tends to crease on me when I apply NYX milk jumbo pencil on top. UDPP doesn't do that that effect when I apply NYX jumbo pencil Milk. Nonetheless, the UDPP didn't crease and I wore the makeup for a long 7 hrs.

If you just starting into makeup check out the LA Colors brandm you will be amazed at the quality you get for a buck. There are great bargain makeup lines out there you just have to research and find them, I am about saving and bargain especially in this economic time & me being unemployed....so every dollar I can save counts. Being that I love makeup, well $1 eyeshadow with 12 colors works for me... (smiles***).

Go check out your local Dollar General or Dollar Tree or Family Dollar for some LA Colors eyeshadow.

Smooches!
