FOTD: Mandarin

Hell Beauties,

Today's look is simple but yet fierce. I wanted a way to use my Inglot eyeliner that has dried out on me, but if you use their Duraline you'll definitely get use of it when dried. However, Ruby Kisses has single eyeshadows available now and I found them at my local BSS for a buck so I wanted to try them out and yes they are super intense for the price especially the matte colors. These eyeshadows do have fallout as with any eyeshadows and their are a variety of colors available. If you see them in your local BSS definitely add some to your collection. I will definitely do swatches of them as soon as I add more to the few I purchased.

FOTD: Ruby Who?

Hey Beauties,

Hope all is well!!....I recently did a purchase from MAC from the Strength and Apres Collection but I have been wanting to get Ruby Woo for the longest and have been hearing positive and negatives about this specific lipstick. Now you don't know until you've tried something how it works in your favor, right. Well this lady here: Ruby Woo is kinda bipolar, I think she is a Gemini like me. I want to like her, because she is a matte texture, opaque, intense, my kinda shade but she doesn't produce in my favor sometimes.

Now when I started using this lipstick I realized it wasn't applying for me, I remembered a Youtuber stated that I had to swipe it on a paper towel couple times before applying and I did that. Applied it and loved the intensity and the shade itself. Nevertheless, after minor drinking, I realized it was fading on my lips and feeling like play dough. Ruby Woo I love you but your texture irks me. In conclusion check out my look, I didn't do anything to my eyes, it was more so about my lips and my face was working on light coverage.

FOTD: Raccoon Loves Candy Yum Yum

Hello Beauties,

I've realized that I have showcased neutrals looks, colorful looks and soft makeup looks but I haven't done a Runway trend look. Nevertheless, today's makeup look is a 'Runway trend', do you know of the raccoon eyes?!!! ... Well, many of the runway models rock this punk rock makeup look for the edgy fashion shows, with this Face of the Day I am gonna share a wearable version of this trend that will definitely be fun to rock n party. MAC Cosmetics MAC Shop, MAC Cook Collection

Hello Beauties,


As promised I introduce to you a more detailed view of the some the goodies from MAC Shop, MAC Cook Collection,

First and foremost this collection is apart of the 2012 Spring Collection from MAC Cosmetics. I really love the colors in this collection and the theme is very creative and so Step-ford Housewife.

Let's talk about the collection a little; personally if you know me I don't do nudes so Innocence, Beware didn't even make it into my swatch line up. Blahhhh !!! As for Dish It Up lipstick it sort of reminded me of MAC Up the Amp but a tint bit sheer.

The eyeshadow quads were interesting to see, but I wish some colors in the quad weren't apart of it so hence some quad had hit and misses. Call Me Bubbles quad e/s in Brash & Fresh Daily were pretty. Colour Added quad colors in Pre- packaged was a nice shade blue but dupeable. Shop & Drop quad colors in Hypnotizing & Power Boosted were very nice colors, Hypnotizing was my favorite color from the eyeshadows, if it were a single I would come home with me.

The Creme blend blushes were nice in color, two of the blushes were re-promotes and I had wanted them from losing my chance back in the day to get them. The newest color introduced creme-blend blush was ok but I own too many blushes so I passed.

All the other items from the collection I didn't even care to swatch. Why? Didn't intrigue me.
