FOTD: Bay Blue Party Look

Hey Beauties,

So I saw this look on IG from Vegas Nay and decided to recreate it in my own way... Shout out to her for this soft makeup pretty look. Nevertheless, she had done this look sometime last year and what were the odds that when I opted to do this look, the same day Sugarpill IG posted stating she used their products to create it. Nevertheless, being that I don't own any Sugarpill cosmetics, I used what I had. Check out below for details on what I used to achieve this look.
