I was playing around in my Lanmei pigments that I had purchase from Ebay for a great price last year. However, I seem to have been neglecting them, so I decided to do a quick look using them. I applied most of them wet and of course I had to bring in colors from my 120 palette. I am definitely trying to use it up too, has I want to purchase other palettes from Ebay and much as I am a stay at home mom and don't have much places to go, well why have my makeup taking up dust. So I'm definitely playing in them everyday or as much as I can. Funny thing is my daughter has gotten so use to seeing me everyday with some new colors on my eyes that she is like everyday saying the word 'eyes' and of course showing her eye (I love her, she is just too smart for a 1yr old).
Pictures of the look:
Its not my best but I really liked the outcome from these pigments and they are very cheap, they have different brands on Ebay like Lanmei, Leishi etc. but I believe they are just the same pigments but named differently. They don't have color names just numbers and they are not true to numbers too.
EYES:
LD
HIP crayon: Meticulous
Lanmei pigments: #08, #58, #14, #13 (lid)
120 Palette: cranberry color (crease), black(outer crease) & tan color (highlight)
Mascara
I know I didn't line my waterline & lid but hey there are no rules to makeup.
Disclaimer: I am not wearing any foundation or powder, just went naturalle for the night.
So if you definitely looking to try out some pigments in different colors, check out Ebay, you can find these pigments in sets for dirt cheap (20 or more for $0.99, depending on if you win that bid). It's a great way to experiment with loose eyeshadow minerals and not break your pocket.
Smooches & Be fabulous!
