FOTD: Color workshop products

Happy Sunday!
So last night I was going thru my makeup collection and realized, I have ignored my first makeup set that I own. I bought this set at CVS for $9.99 a long time ago and loved it when I bought it. It came with brushes, eyeshadows, lip colors, nail colors & blushes. The brand is "Color Workshop". The brand is pretty pigmented and has nice colors that can be duped. The quality and texture is great for the price of the set $9.99. It also came with a compact which you definitely replace eyeshadows and blush in. The lip colors are in the same packaging tube as the Victoria Secret Beauty rush lip gloss. Now being that I have this for over more than 2 years, it still had some terrific colors. The company which make it is the same company that makes Wet N Wild products- 'Markins'.

I decided from the set to use some colors that I rarely wear such as light pink, light lavender, raisin purple (dupe of sketch).

EOTN- Fruity Tootie

Hello,
So I have overslept today, I didn't even get up until 8pm and went to bed at possible 4am in the morning. I have put my self back in the habit of going to bed late and I stopped myself a couple weeks ago...Crazy huh!

Ok so here is my EOTN:

I decided to take out some pigments and do a fruity tootie look using BFTE (Beauty from the Earth) and TKB Trading with the infamous 120 palette.

***I love these colors but I wanted them to pop more on my skin, next time I use them I will definitely try them wet or with a different base.

Hope you had a great week! Well I am anticipating watching G.I. Joe:Rise of the Cobra this week. I have been eagerly waiting to see it. I saw Transformers 2 lately and thought it was magnificent, the best action flick of the year. Anyways I am coming with a EOTD, using my fave colors lately: blues and purples.

Need for a new camera

Hello

So I realized I need a new camera, I really don't like the outcome of my pictures from the camera I have now, which is a Olympus camera with 6.1 mega pixels. I haven't been viewing cameras lately because I didn't even know technology in camera is at 14 mega pixels now...wowowow!
I have been looking at one which is a Canon Powershot SD 780 IS. It has 12.1 mega pixels resolution and it uses a Digital SD memory card unlike my Olympus which uses a specific card, which is very hard to find. I think it has done its time and hopefully soon I find a camera which I'll love.
I am looking a excellent one that can record videos, has 12 - 14 mega pixels, has HD capabilities and all that camera good stuff, it will be for personal use (not professional), range in price $150-$250

If anyone has any great suggestion please let me know. Thank you.

Purple is my next Fave color

So lately I've been doing a lot of purple looks or looks with purple in them. I have been loving the color purple lately. My fave makeup color is blue but purple has been growing on me. A purple makeup item I have been opting for every time I think of doing a purple look is NYX purple and NYX Luxor. I love both colors they are extremely pigmented and easy to blend. NYX purple gives a nice duo chrome look. I have tried it on a purple base and it looks great but on a black base, wow! It gives an incredible purple blue reflective color. Love it!

Now for this look I decided to use NYX purple and also Loreal HIP Flamboyant. I haven't used Flamboyant in quite a while so here is a look using those items.
